★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come tante altre farmacie in questo particolare momento effettua tamponi per il covid, quindi fila e attesa per entrare. Abbastanza fornita, su 5 integratori solo per uno sono dovuto ritornare al pomeriggio. Cortesi e gentili.
Like many other pharmacies at this particular time it swabs for the covid, then queues and waits to enter. Quite supplied, out of 5 supplements only for one I had to return in the afternoon. Courteous and kind.

Intanto l'infermiera, non so se farmacista, con un fare molto arrogante, mi ha invitato ad entrare.L'ho seguita e lei con grande irritazione soltanto dopo, mi ha detto dove dovevo sedermi per non contaminare il suo spazio. Ma va bene, ci sta, il problema sono sempre i modi. Quando ha visto l'esito del mio tampone, è corsa fuori con occhi sbarrati, per accertarsi che io appestata, non entrassi in farmacia. Terrorizzata continuava a sistemare il mio referto, mi ha fatto pagare da dietro ad un disimpegno, quando le ho chiesto uno spray per la gola, con fare di terrore cercava di prendere quello più vicino per mandarmi il prima possibile via e si è posta in un atteggiamento di chiusura senza che io potessi neanche fare qualche domanda.Allora il punto è: in quella farmacia ci sono stata altre volte e il dottore è stato alquanto gentile. Ieri una pessima esperienza, mi è capitato di fare altri tamponi in altre farmacie, e mai siamo stati trattati in questo modo. La persona, infermiera o farmacista, se ha paura deve fare un altro mestiere non dovrebbe eseguire tamponi a possibili soggetti positivi .
Ovviamente non ci ritornerò assolutamente
Yesterday I went for a covid swab which, as I feared, was successful. Meanwhile the nurse, I don't know if a pharmacist, with a very arrogant manner, invited me to come in. I followed her and with great irritation only later, she told me where I should sit so as not to contaminate her space. But that's okay, there is, the problem is always the ways. When she saw the result of my swab, she ran out with wide eyes, to make sure that I was plagued and did not go into the pharmacy. Terrified she continued to arrange my report, she made me pay from behind a hallway, when I asked her for a throat spray, with terror she tried to take the closest one to send me away as soon as possible and she placed herself in a closing attitude without me even being able to ask a few questions. So the point is: I've been to that pharmacy before and the doctor was quite kind. Yesterday a very bad experience, I happened to make other swabs in other pharmacies, and we have never been treated in this way. The person, nurse or pharmacist, if he is afraid has to do another job should not perform swabs on possible positive subjects.
Obviously I will absolutely not return
