Invio la ricetta medica e mi viene detto dal farmacista (molto gentile e disponibile) di passare il giorno dopo in quanto i medicinali dovevano essere ordinati. Il giorno seguente mi reco in farmacia per ritirare i farmaci, ma non c'era il farmacista del giorno precedente bensì una signora. Riferisco di dover ritirare AISOSKIN, la farmacista prende la ricetta e si reca in un'altra stanza per prendere questi farmaci. Poco dopo sento la signora che inizia ad urlare e alterarsi, al ché, un po' esterrefatta, attendo il mio turno. Dopodiché la farmacista ritorna urlandomi contro che non potesse vendermi i farmaci in quanto ENTRAMBE le ricette fossero "sbagliate". Dunque a causa della cafonaggine e della sgarbatezza della signora, sono costretta a dare una recensione negativa. E un'ultima cosa, un'altra farmacia ha controllato le mie ricette e solo una era sbagliata, quindi il farmaco mi è stato venduto, invece la farmacista si è CATEGORICAMENTE rifiutata di vendermeli. :) Spero che non ricapiti a nessun altro quello che è successo a me! I go to this pharmacy to buy AISOSKIN drugs. I send the prescription and I am told by the pharmacist (very kind and helpful) to come by the next day as the medicines had to be ordered. The next day I go to the pharmacy to collect the drugs, but there was not the pharmacist of the previous day but a lady. I report having to collect AISOSKIN, the pharmacist takes the prescription and goes to another room to take these drugs. Shortly after I hear the lady who begins to scream and get upset, at which, a bit stunned, I await my turn. Then the pharmacist comes back screaming at me that she couldn't sell me the drugs because BOTH the prescriptions were "wrong". So due to the lady's rudeness and rudeness, I am forced to give a negative review. And one last thing, another pharmacy checked my prescriptions and only one was wrong, so the drug was sold to me, instead the pharmacist was CATEGORICALLY refused to sell them to me. :) I hope it doesn't tell anyone else what happened to me!
