★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Si sono rifiutati di offrirmi un prodotto che viene distribuito dall'azienda LA Roche-Posay in collaborazione con Chicco gratuitamente alle mamme con un bimbo. Con la scusa che è solo per donne incinte. In quanto sono una cliente ho ricevuto email con la promo dove è specificato chiaramente che è disponibile per tutte le mamme. Farò presente all'azienda . Mai più in questa farmacia.
L'email specificava testuali parole: "Noi di La Roche-Posay abbiamo pensato ad una special box esclusiva, che racchiuda tutti i prodotti must-have di La Roche-Posay per le mamme e i loro bambini, oltre ai consigli degli esperti."
Bad experience. They refused to offer me a product that is distributed by the LA Roche-Posay company in collaboration with Chicco free of charge to mothers with a child. With the excuse that it is only for pregnant women. As a customer I have received emails with the promo where it is clearly specified that it is available for all mothers. I will report to the company. Never again in this pharmacy.
The email specified the exact words: "We at La Roche-Posay have thought of an exclusive special box, which contains all the must-have products of La Roche-Posay for mothers and their children, as well as expert advice."
