★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, nessuno in farmacia durante il turno con un cartello che invita a telefonare "per urgenze" (e se non avessi il cellulare???). Alla chiamata con tono rude mi viene detto di fare prima la ricetta e poi il farmacista si sarebbe scomodato.
L'attenzione al paziente è una qualità che sembra essere dimenticata...
 Bad experience, nobody in the pharmacy during the shift with a sign that invites you to call "for emergencies" (and if I didn't have a cell phone ???). On the rude call I am told to make the recipe first and then the pharmacist would have bothered.
Attention to the patient is a quality that seems to be forgotten ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medici sgorbutuci, diffidenti e tutt'altro che simpatici.
Per un semplice farmaco per spasmi intestinali a momenti mi chiedevano anche il 730 e la fedina penale.
Farmacia vergognosa!
Doctors gouged, wary and anything but nice.
For a simple drug for intestinal spasms at times they also asked me for 730 and a criminal record.
Shameful pharmacy!

Preciso di non essere mai stato nella suddetta farmacia e di non aver mai effettuato recensioni su Google alla suddetta farmacia ed a qualunque tipo di attività.
Presumo quindi che qualcuno, utilizzando la mia identità, abbia fatto queste recensioni.
Concludo dicendo di aver formalizzato regolare denuncia contro ignoti presso i Carabinieri di San Vito dei Normanni.

Ho chiamato al numero di telefono e con gran maleducazione mi hanno detto che non possono rispondermi, e in quel momento ero con loro al telefono. Non acquisterò mai più da loro

Incompetenza, maleducazione e poca professionalità fanno parte di questa farmacia!
Non ritornerei neanche fosse l'unica aperta al momento.
In un periodo di piena pandemia, durante l'esecuzione dei tamponi per il Covid-19, il dottore si permette di parlare a tu per tu, non rispettando quindi la distanza di almeno 1 metro, con toni esagerati e modi inappropriati con i clienti.
Che vergogna!!!!

I wouldn't go back even if it were the only one open at the moment.
In a period of full pandemic, during the execution of the swabs for Covid-19, the doctor allows himself to speak face to face, thus not respecting the distance of at least 1 meter, with exaggerated tones and inappropriate ways with customers.
What a shame!!!!

Non ci tornerò sicuramente mai più.
Il dottore ha fatto il tampone per la ricerca del Covid a mia figlia (una bambina di 1 anno e mezzo) come se fosse una bambola,senza un minimo di tatto.
Quando ho fatto notare la cosa mi ha urlato contro. Una vergogna!
