★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia fornita ma non posso accettare nel 2019 dopo aver effettuato una prenotazione la mattina di un medicicinale, tornato alle 18.00 per ritirarla fatto la fila ( non piccola) per sentirmi dire " non la trovo sono arrivate tante scatole ...torni a chiusura" ...
Mi chiedo ma cosa cambia ? Qualcuno dovra pur cercarla il tempo per trovarla non è lo stesso? Con la differenza che non avrei speso inutilmente tempo e denaro per fare su e giù.
Oggi un azienda si differenzia dalle altre quando è ben organizzata ed ha, in primis ,cura del cliente o per lo meno da la sensazione di farlo.
Questa faciloneria probabilmente mi porterà a cambiare farmacia.
