★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un prodotto al mattino e mi hanno detto che sarebbe arrivato per le 15.00. Per sicurezza, arrivo alle 17.00 ma il prodotto non era ancora arrivato. Aspetto tre quarti d'ora, invano. Alla mia rimostranza, il farmacista, con uno stupendo candore, risponde che erano soliti passare prima.
Non era un farmaco salvavita quello che avrei dovuto comprare. Ma in farmacia non cerco certo un disco o delle patatine fritte. E mi aspetto che alle 15 il prodotto ci sia. Ora alle 18 devo saltare l'aasunzione della compressa quotidiana perché è sabato e le altre farmacie sono già chiuse.
I ordered a product in the morning and they told me that it would arrive by 3pm. For safety, I arrive at 5.00 pm but the product has not yet arrived. I wait three quarters of an hour, in vain. To my complaint, the pharmacist, with a wonderful candor, replies that they used to go first.
It was not a life-saving drug what I should have bought. But I'm not looking for a record or fries at the pharmacy. And I expect the product to be there at 3pm. Now at 6 pm I have to skip the daily tablet intake because it's Saturday and the other pharmacies are already closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сделан тест, но от него отказываются в том месте куда я приехал выгрузится. Сканируют QR код и он не проходит верификацию. Зачем этот развод?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient, alle sprechen auch deutsch - der Corona test war kurzfristig nach Registrierung auf der Webseite möglich und die Ergebnisse waren in 15 min per Mail da. Die Dame die testet war ebenfalls sehr nett und sauber.
We were served very friendly, everyone also speaks German - the Corona test was possible at short notice after registering on the website and the results were there in 15 minutes by email. The lady who tests was also very nice and clean.

L'infermiera si è cambiata i guanti prima di testare me ed ha disinfettato a norma il banco dove si appoggiano le carte e che serve anche a separare l'utente da lei! Inoltre ha avuto una assoluta delicatezza e mi ha fatta sentire a mio agio! Tutto ciò non è scontato, in altra farmacia mi è capitato di notare che i guanti tra un paziente e l'altro non li cambiano!!

The nurse changed her gloves before testing me and disinfected the counter where the cards are placed in accordance with the law and which also serves to separate the user from her! It also had an absolute delicacy and made me feel at ease! All this is not taken for granted, in another pharmacy I happened to notice that the gloves do not change between one patient and another !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa farmacia si trova a fianco del Interspar in zona industriale a Bolzano vicino alla fiera. È comodo avendo sempre parcheggio molto grande e ben servita all'interno con un personale formato ed istruito è competente.
This pharmacy is located next to the Interspar in the industrial area of Bolzano near the fair. It is convenient having always a very large parking lot and well served inside with trained and competent staff.
