La signora anziana dipendente sosteneva con insistenza di essere buono. Il medicinale ormai si presentava indurito, solo in parte solubile. Soltanto dopo diverse discussioni con l'evidenza del sigillo già rotto l'hanno sostituito. Sometimes not very reliable!
