Staff not very helpful and arrogant: with a telephone first aid prescription for a painful lumbosciatalgia they refused to give me the necessary drugs because there was no paper prescription!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per sapere se bastasse il foglio di dimissione del pronto soccorso con la prescrizione del farmaco o se dovevo presentare anche la ricetta del medico curante, mi ha risposto un uomo sgarbato e arrogante! Ci mancava proprio in una giornataccia del genere avere a che fare con un tale maleducato!
I phoned to find out if the emergency room discharge sheet with the prescription of the drug was enough or if I also had to present the prescription from the attending physician, a rude and arrogant man replied! We just missed in such a bad day having to deal with such a rude!

Two young pharmacists in particular couldn't have been more lovely.
For all the above reasons I will certainly use this farmacia when I need one.

I was able to communicate with them ahead of time for a trip (to get a return trip covid test) and they were very responsive to questions and they were quick and efficient the day I arrived. They were fantastic! Thank you, Farmacia Dradi!
