★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che ormai frequento questa Farmacia e devo dire che fino ad oggi mi sono sempre trovata BENISSIMO! Sono certa che l'alta affluenza all'interno possa dar conferma alle mie parole (anche se il fatto che ci sia sempre molta gente non vuol dire che ci sia molto da aspettare perché di solito sono sempre in 4-5 alle casse e smaltiscono velocemente la fila). All'interno ci sono anche molti prodotti di loro produzione (integratori vitaminici & co.) e la cosa che mi fa dare 5 stelle è proprio il livello di preparazione del personale: qualunque sia la domanda, loro sanno darti una risposta esauriente ed eventualmente delle alternative con tanto di spiegazione del caso! BRAVI.
I have been attending this pharmacy for years now and I must say that until now I have always found WELL! I am sure that the high turnout inside can give confirmation to my words (even if the fact that there is always a lot of people does not mean that there is much to wait because they are usually always in 4-5 at the cash desks and quickly dispose of the row). Inside there are also many products of their production (vitamin supplements & co.) And the thing that gives me 5 stars is precisely the level of preparation of the staff: whatever the question, they know how to give you an exhaustive answer and possibly some alternatives with a lot of explanation of the case! GOOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non voglio ne anche mettere una stella.. Il loro comportamento come i maleducati..la altro giorno avevo comprato delle medicine x mia cognata.. Ma si come non erano quelli che voleva.. Ero andato x sostituire le medicine.. La signora mi risponde non si possono fare.. Perché.. kissa cosa ho fatto con queste medicine..????.. Ma cosa posso fare con le medicine?? Li ho riportati prp come li avevo comprati.. E puoi non e la prima volta.. Non hanno il minimo rispetto per confronto al cliente.. Soprattutto se sei un straniero.. ??
I do not want to even put a star .. Their behavior as rude .. the other day I bought medicine for my sister-in-law .. But yes, they were not what they wanted .. I went to replace the medicines .. The lady I answers can not be done .. Why .. kissa what I did with these medicines .. ... .. But what can I do with medicines? I reported them as I had bought them .. And you can not the first time .. They have not the slightest respect for comparison to the customer .. Especially if you are a foreigner .. ??
