V	Valeria Basile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente della farmacia e la maggior parte del personale e' molto gentile.Come consiglio portatevi sempre una borsa o busta da casa quando acquistate medicinali piccoli, perche' c'è una dottoressa al bancone, che quando da' farmaci di piccole dimensioni, non li inserisce ne' in una bustina ne' li incarta per portarli via, un po' come si fa al mercato (e neanche).Bisogna sempre chiederlo,visto che si tratta di privacy,e se ne non si ha una borsa con se', non e' bello camminare per strada con il farmaco in mano.Tra l'altro e' capitato che chiedendo di inserire il codice fiscale,ha risposto che quei prodotti che stavo acquistando non erano detraibili,quando in realtà lo erano perche' già di mia conoscenza.Ed ancora, chiedendo informazioni sulla chiusura della raccolta punti,affermo' che ormai si era gia'conclusa.Peccato che la dottoressa accanto a lei, in quel momento stava confermando ad una cliente che c'era tempo ancora per una settimana.Insomma il caso ha voluto farmi imbattere per più volte sempre con la stessa dottoressa, ma visto che ormai siamo nell'era della globalizzazione e di farmacie se ne trovano abbastanza in giro, quello che fa la differenza e' la gentilezza e professionalità che purtroppo non ho riscontrato. G	Gennydr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato quest'oggi presso la farmacia La Montagna chiedendo se avessero " Buscofen in granulato " ,la farmacista o colei che si ritiene tale con molta sufficenza mi ha risposto dicendo che quest'ultimo non esisteva quando poi ho sempre acquistato questo tipo di prodotto. Ho insistito dicendo che il prodotto esisteva perché io personalmente l avevo già acquistato in altre occasioni,ma la farmacista sosteneva che non era vero . Mi sono recato presso un altra farmacia ed ecco magicamente che appare il prodotto da me richiesto . Personalmente deluso. Viva la concorrenza .
