★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata pessima. Domenica 7/11/21 la farmacia è di turno. La farmacista presente è giovane e ti accoglie subito con freddezza e timore. Non ha animo commerciale e questo passi è un problema della proprietà, ma nemmeno lo spirito d’Ippocrate ! Nessuna valutazione del servizio a favore del paziente ma solo il misero ruolo di banconista del supermercato. Immagino la proprietà debba fare valutazione sulla collaboratrice. È il mio pensiero ovviamente. Ma quella domenica pomeriggio in molti (eravamo in coda) si sono lamentati. Fatturato verso altre farmacie…è la logica del mercato. M.
My experience was bad. Sunday 7/11/21 the pharmacy is on duty. The pharmacist present is young and immediately welcomes you with coldness and fear. It has no commercial spirit and this step is a property problem, but neither is the spirit of Hippocrates! No evaluation of the service in favor of the patient but only the miserable role of the supermarket counter. I guess the property has to make an evaluation on the collaborator. It is my thought of course. But that Sunday afternoon many (we were in line) complained. Turnover to other pharmacies… is the logic of the market. M.
