Ho lasciato quindi il mio cell ai farmacisti che mi hanno detto mi avrebbero contattato non appena fosse venuto il tecnico. Ho chiamato 4 volte, e sono passate 2 settimane e ancora non ho mi hanno restituito i soldi. Per quanto mi riguarda potrebbe anche essere una truffa. State alla larga ! Mi avranno preso 10 euro ma hanno perso due clienti. In particolare mia moglie ci spendeva parecchio ma andremo alla farmacia di Viale Regina, senza contare la pessima pubblicità per la scarsa serietà dimostrata.. I then left my cell phone to the pharmacists who told me they would contact me as soon as the technician came. I called 4 times, and it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't paid my money back. As far as I'm concerned it might as well be a scam. Stay away! They took me 10 euros but they lost two customers. In particular my wife spent a lot of money but we will go to the pharmacy in Viale Regina, not to mention the bad publicity due to the lack of seriousness shown ..

Non forniscono le informazioni corrette per telefono . Può essere anche stata " l'unica svista " ma il modo di riparare ad un proprio errore non credo sia incolpare chi chiama per chiedere informazioni ovviamente perché necessita purtroppo con urgenza di fare un tampone ! Di scusarsi neanche l'idea! Sarebbe bastato poco! E per informazioni del personale non è vero che in tutta Roma è scontato che serva la prenotazione ( cosa che per telefono hanno dimenticato di menzionare) ; effettuato un ora dopo questa spiacevole esperienza con loro , tampone in altra farmacia , guarda un po' proprio a Roma , senza bisogno di alcuna prenotazione , quindi non è un informazione così scontata .Purtroppo non comprendo come una delle migliori farmacie di zona si sia ridotta con dei dipendenti del genere. Comprendo la pressione e la grande mole di lavoro ma la maleducazione non è mai giustificata ,soprattutto se si lavora a contatto con il pubblico. I actually notice that the staff in charge of swabs or otherwise taking reservations are really arrogant and rude. They don't provide the correct information over the phone. It may also have been "the only oversight" but I don't think the way to fix one's own mistake is to blame the caller to ask for information obviously because unfortunately he urgently needs to swab! To apologize even for the idea! It wouldn't take much! And for information from the staff it is not true that in all of Rome it is taken for granted that reservations are needed (which they forgot to mention over the phone); made an hour after this unpleasant experience with them, swab in another pharmacy, look a bit right in Rome, without the need for any reservation, so it is not so obvious information.Unfortunately I do not understand how one of the best pharmacies in the area has reduced with such employees. I understand the pressure and the large amount of work but rudeness is never justified, especially if you work in contact with the public.

I highly advise against this pharmacy for tampons, I did one today and the operator a man hurt me very badly causing tearing and pain which then lasted for hours.

Mi hanno trattata malissimo, con arroganza e maleducazione, cosí com'é successo anche ad altri pazienti che attendevano i risultati. Il comportamento tenuto da queste due dipendenti é in netto contrasto rispetto al personale all'interno della farmacia (cortese e rapido) e alla sig.ra Laura, sempre attenta alle necessitá dei clienti. I strongly advise you not to swab them quickly: the staff in this sector are rude and I would dare to say boorish. They treated me very badly, with arrogance and rudeness, as did other patients who were waiting for the results. The behavior of these two employees is in stark contrast to the staff inside the pharmacy (courteous and quick) and to Ms Laura, who is always attentive to the needs of customers.

Mi hanno risposto che non serve prendere appuntamento. Una volta arrivata, una ragazza non propriamente cortese, mi ha chiesto “lei ha chiamato e le hanno detto che all’una avrebbe trovato posto?”, io ho risposto di sì e mi hanno detto di aspettare per poi vedere se ci fosse stata disponibilità nel farli. In sintesi non ho potuto farli perché non avevo tempo da perdere nell’attesa di qualcosa che forse neanche avrebbero potuto fare. I had to make holes in the lobes.
