Ho eseguito prelievo in data 14/8. Alla fine di tale procedura (non prima) mi viene comunicato che il risultato sarebbe stato pronto a distanza di 7gg. Nel tardo pomeriggio di quel giorno mi presento, esami non pronti.
Mi presento l'indomani (mattina), esami non pronti. Ma la cosa più importante é farsi pagare, pago. Mi arriva nel pomeriggio una mail vuota.
Ricontatto la "farmacia" . Mi rigirano la mail.
Su 3 allegati ne arriva solo 1.
Provo a chiedere spiegazioni, si rendono IRREPERIBILI.
Questa mattina mi arriva una mail (io avrei telefonato ma lasciamo perdere) su cui mi veniva comunicato che gli altri esami non sarebbero mai più arrivati.
Incompetenza e disservizio.
Per fortuna questa non é la Sanità.
Lack of professionalism.
I made a withdrawal on 14/8. At the end of this procedure (not before) I am informed that the result would be ready after 7 days. In the late afternoon of that day I show up, exams not ready.
I'll show up the next day (morning), exams not ready. But the most important thing is to get paid, I pay. An empty email arrives in the afternoon.
I contact the "pharmacy". They turn my email over.
Out of 3 attachments, only 1 arrives.
I try to ask for explanations, they become UNREPERABLE.
This morning I received an e-mail (I would have phoned but forget it) in which I was informed that the other exams would never arrive.
Incompetence and disservice.
Fortunately this is not the health.
