★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando è cambiata la gestione la professionalità è scaduta. State attenti che se non si è lesti a presentare il codice fiscale il personale stampa lo scontrino senza chiederlo, come accade in tutte le altre farmacie. Mi è già accaduto due volte e a esplicita richiesta mi è stato negato in maniera sgarbatissima.
Since the management changed, professionalism has expired. Be careful that if you are not quick to present the tax code, the staff will print the receipt without asking for it, as happens in all other pharmacies. It has already happened to me twice and at an explicit request I was denied in a very rude way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vera maleducazione è la prepotenza di chi pensa che più si alza la voce più si ha ragione. La vera professionalità è perdere una vendita ma non cedere a qualunque richiesta, anche se ricattati di cattive recensioni. I luoghi dove fare piazzate e contrattare fino all'ultimo centesimo sono ancora altri dalle farmacie... Prima di parlare è bene pensare e poi ancora pensare e poi magari decidere di tacere.

True professionalism is losing a sale but not giving in to any request, even if blackmailed with bad reviews. The places where you can place and bargain up to the last penny are still others from the pharmacies ... Before speaking it is good to think and then think again and then maybe decide to keep quiet.

Ciò che non è disponibile al momento viene fatto arrivare in tempi brevi! Valida alternativa per idee regalo con i loro prodotti ed altro. Ho sempre fatto bella figura!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di dottore ha solo il titolo, maleducato e offensivo. L'educazione evidentemente non va a pari passo con il titolo di studio... L'assistente scorbutica e altezzosa, d'altronde il frutto non cade mar lontano dall'albero.Per parlare OFFENDENDO si e' pure abbassato la mascherina (da lì si capisce la"professionalità") il DOTTORONE.. Questi posti meritano solo la CHIUSURA.
