★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do solo 2 stelle perché l'esperienza di esecuzione del test Covid non è stata tra le migliori. All'interno(nel eseguire la parte dei documenti) si è trattati con gentilezza e umanità. Non posso affermare la stessa cosa nel momento in cui si preleva il campione del test. L'attitudine del operatore è molto discutibile e mi sono quasi sentita in colpa di essere ancora positiva. Alla domanda "ma lei ha fatto un test a casa?" è alla mia risposta affermativa mi sento dire "si si così dite tutti"!
Gentilissima signora, se mi reco a fare un test è perché evidentemente ho bisogno delle risposte, altrimenti specifichi nel momento della prenotazione "test Covid SOLO per i NEGATIVI"

I only give 2 stars because the experience of running the Covid test was not the best. Inside (in carrying out the part of the documents) one was treated with kindness and humanity. I cannot say the same thing when taking the test sample. The operator's attitude is highly questionable and I almost felt guilty that I was still positive. When asked "but did you take a test at home?" is to my answer in the affirmative I hear "yes yes so say everyone"!
Dear lady, if I go to take a test it is because obviously I need the answers, otherwise specify at the time of booking "Covid test ONLY for NEGATIVES"
