La seconda, e per me ultima volta, ho comprato un dentifricio con un determinato prezzo esposto e sullo scontrino era prezzato quasi un euro in più. Quando ho fatto notare la cosa mi è stato detto che c'era un errore nel cartellino. Non si sono neanche scusati. Il ragazzo che era al banco a servirmi è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ma a delle mie domande più specifiche mi ha, ovviamente, rimandato ad una farmacista in quanto lui non lo era. Francamente, da avvocato trattandosi di salute ritengo - non solo io ma la legge - che al banco dovrebbe stare solamente chi è abilitato a dare farmaci. Ovviamente la mia lamentela non è riferita al ragazzo che è invece stato molto cortese, bensì a chi la gestisce e che non dovrebbe creare simili situazioni che creano perdita di tempo.
