★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergogna!!!!!! Dopo aver fatto la fila e mostrato le ricette mi viene richiesta la tessera sanitaria che avevo in formato digitale. Non riuscendo a leggerla con l’apposito lettore, mi hanno detto che non potevano digitare il codice fiscale perché avrebbero perso troppo tempo, e quindi mi hanno mandato via, esponendomi a ulteriore rischio contagio perché sono dovuto andare in un’altra farmacia, e inoltre ho ritardato la somministrazione dei farmaci. Consiglio vivamente al persone al banco di cambiare mestiere perché professionalità e gentilezza sono parole incomprensibili per loro.
Shame!!!!!! After queuing and showing the recipes, I am asked for the health card I had in digital format. Failing to read it with the appropriate reader, they told me that they could not enter the tax code because they would waste too much time, and therefore they sent me away, exposing me to further risk of contagion because I had to go to another pharmacy, and also I delayed the administration of the drugs. I strongly advise the people at the counter to change jobs because professionalism and kindness are incomprehensible words for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena saputo da un mio sincero conoscente di un'assurdo rifiuto di un codice fiscale nel telefonino ( come si usa in gran parte dei negozzi basta spararci sopra) dopo aver fatto un bel po' di fila di una ricetta per una persona anziana . In un momento cosi ci si mette a fare anche gli spiritosi!!!!
