Solo oggi 13/10 dopo l'ennesima telefonata scopro che i prodotti non sono piu' disponibili (e non lo saranno a breve). Le due stelle solo per il fatto che dopo 10 minuti e' arrivata la conferma dell'avvenuto rimborso. Per il resto.....esperienza da dimenticare ! Order 6518 of 09/26. Despite the reminders via e-mail and what's app, they communicate that they have shipped the goods without providing any shipment tracking data. Only today 13/10 after yet another phone call I discover that the products are no longer available (and they will not be soon). The two stars only for the fact that after 10 minutes the confirmation of the refund has arrived. For the rest ..... experience to forget!

Inizio subito con il dire che ho atteso due settimane abbondanti n prima che il mio ordine venisse spedito, una settimana di elaborazione e una di prese in giro. Con prese in giro intendo dire che ogni giorno che chiamavo mi veniva detto che il prodotto sarebbe stato spedito il giorno stesso ma puntualmente non ricevevo nessuna email di conferma invio pacco, stanca di sentirmi dire bugie ho parlato con un ragazzo che si occupa di smistamento pacchi precisando che erano ormai 5 giorni che mi era stato detto che il pacco sarebbe partito ma che non avevo ricevuto nessuna email di conferma. Così mi arriva una email con scritto " Ordine completato" A detta loro doveva contenere la tracking ma della tracking non c'era traccia. Ho chiamato di nuovo e questa volta ero davvero molto arrabbiata, alla fine hanno fatto partire il pacco il giorno successivo (dopo 6 giorni da quanto mi avevano detto) e nel frattempo erano 13 giorni che attendevo il pacco. Da Messina la spedizione ha impiegato 48h arrivando così il lunedì della settimana dopo, il pacco è arrivato in una scatola senza alcun imballaggio o carta per spedizioni, che vergogna! Le scatole erano tutte rotte infatti. Il punto è che hanno preso in giro la persona sbagliata, avendo un'azienda anche io, ho capito da subito che stavano lavorando malissimo. Ovviamente non ordineró più da loro, ci sono farmacie molto più valide. BAD EXPERIENCE! I finally found the time to leave a review for this pharmacy. Let me start by saying that I waited a good two weeks before my order was shipped, one week of processing and one week of teasing. By teasing I mean that every day I called I was told that the product would be shipped the same day but punctually I did not receive any confirmation emails to send the package, tired of being told lies I spoke to a guy who deals with parcel sorting specifying that it was now 5 days that I had been told that the package would leave but that I had not received any confirmation email. So I get an email that says "Order completed" According to them it had to contain the tracking but there was no trace of the tracking. I called again and this time I was really very angry, in the end they sent the package the next day (after 6 days from what they had told me) and in the meantime I had been waiting for the package for 13 days. From Messina the shipment took 48 hours, arriving on the Monday of the following week, the package arrived in a box without any packaging or shipping paper, what a shame! The boxes were all broken in fact. The point is that they made fun of the wrong person, having a company myself, I knew immediately that they were working terribly. Obviously I will not order from them anymore, there are much better pharmacies.

Ordinata della soluzione fisiologica a prezzo super scontato, quando è arrivata ho scoperto il motivo, scadenza di li a 2 mesi, l'ho trovata molto scorretta come cosa. La farmacia delle Terme mi ha suggerito di rifiutare il pacco per ottenere il rimborso ma ad oggi sono senza prodotti e senza rimborso. Si limitano a non rispondere o a dirmi che verificheranno. Mai più! Terrible! After a week my products had not yet arrived forcing me to purchase at a physical pharmacy. The Terme pharmacy suggested that I refuse the package to get a refund but as of today I have no products and no refunds. They just don't answer or tell me they will check. Never again!

Ho ricevuto l’ordine dopo 8 giorni… servizio clienti praticamente assente… un farmaco a temperatura controllata che non può stare a temperature inferiori ai 25 gradi per più di 48 ore l’ho ricevuto dopo 3 giorni dalla spedizione!. Quindi da buttare praticamente… vi ho detto tutto! Bad ... slow shipping to say the least considering it's a pharmacy! I received the order after 8 days ... practically no customer service ... a temperature-controlled drug that cannot stay at temperatures below 25 degrees for more than 48 hours I received it after 3 days of shipment !. So to be thrown away ... I told you everything!

Il servizio clienti, poi, è davvero impeccabile: preciso, chiaro, veloce nel rispondere alle domande ed a tutti i chiarimenti richiesti. L'acquisto è semplicissimo e sicuro. Si può acquistare sia attraverso il sito web che (come nel mio caso) facendosi inviare il link per il pagamento PAYPAL. Io ho scambiato tutte le informazioni tramite la chat whatsapp che la Farmacia mette a disposizione. La spedizione è stata ultrarapida e i prodotti mi sono stati consegnati perfettamente in un ottimo imballo in due giorni lavorativi.
