La stessa risposta che ho ricevuto in 6 farmacie imolesi, da altrettante farmaciste. Tutte cortesi nel diniego. Complimenti vivissimi. Mai sentito parlare di tampone rapido????? A San Giovanni in Persiceto ti danno il risultato in 15 minuti. Grazie per la "non risposta". Si trattava di derogare ad una necessitá ed urgenza, anziché opporre un ridicolo formalismo di facciata. Lo avrei pagato anche il doppio o il triplo ove richiestomi per la deroga. Niente da fare, ha prevalso la voglia di non aiutare una persona in difficoltá. Vale lo stesso per le restanti farmacie che ho visitato. Una cittá da dimenticare. Addio. Asked for a quick swab for an upcoming contest in the school. Answer "by reservation only". In San Giovanni in Persiceto they give you the result in 15 minutes. Thanks for the "no response". It was a question of derogating from a necessity and urgency, rather than opposing a ridiculous facade formalism. I would have also paid double or triple when requested for the exemption. Nothing to do, the desire not to help a person in difficulty prevailed. The same goes for the remaining pharmacies I have visited. A city to forget. Goodbye.

Recatomi per eseguire un tampone rapido , sono stato servito con arroganza e sufficienza . La proprietaria si è rivelata veramente maleducata nei modi e mi sono sentito trattato come se avessi recato del fastidio alla suddetta . Sconsiglio vivamente per persone con un minimo di dignità morale... ; anche perché non credo che trattando male un cliente si ottengano grandi risultati in un attività commerciale . Poor service. The owner was really rude in her ways and I felt treated as if I had bothered her. I strongly advise against it for people with a minimum of moral dignity ...; also because I don't think that badly treating a customer can lead to great results in a commercial activity.

Mi sono recata per un tampone che accertasse la positività al Covid e ho dovuto fare la fila all'accettazione con altre persone alle quali avrei potuto attaccare il virus. Dopo l'incontro con il primo farmacista, ti dicono che devi uscire dalla farmacia per recarti nel palazzo a fianco dove alla fine del corridoio incontri una porta chiusa. Ho bussato e non rispondeva nessuno, allora sono entrata. Non c'era nessuno. Ho atteso almeno 5 minuti e finalmente una voce da lontano mi ha comunicato di aspettare ancora. Saranno passati altri 10 minuti prima di vedere una dottoressa che non mi ha neanche salutato, ha fatto il tampone ed è andata via. Altri minuti...minuti ancora .. altri ancora fino a che una voce da lontano mi ha detto che era tutto a posto e potevo andare via. After meeting the first pharmacist, they tell you that you have to leave the pharmacy to go to the building next door where at the end of the corridor you meet a closed door. I knocked and no one answered, so I went inside. There was no one. I waited at least 5 minutes and finally a voice from a distance told me to wait again. It will be another 10 minutes before I saw a doctor who didn't even say hello to me, took a swab and left. More minutes ... more minutes ... still more until a voice from afar told me that everything was fine and I could go away.
