M	Mario Ciarrocchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo sprovvisto di ricetta chiedo se è possibile portare la ricetta il giorno dopo(molte farmacie lo fanno come favore verso il cliente che conoscono) e mi sento rispondere con aria scocciata "Mi deve dire il il motivo per cui le serve" (neanche avessi chiesto uno psicofarmaco o una siringa) gli spiego che è per un ascesso al dente e cercando di sdrammatizzare un aria, garantisco, decisamente pesante dico "se lo avessi saputo avrei portato l'ortopanoramica" con aria spocchiosa e apparentemente offesa (senza ragione) mi risponde dicendo "in farmacia servono le ricette non le lastre" gettando le 2 scatole sul bancone. E meno male che ero (ero) cliente. F	Fabiola Meconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "QUI NON METTEREMO MAI PIÙ PIEDE": Dopo essermi recata due giorni fa per avere informazioni, sui buchi alle orecchie per una bambina di tre anni, questa mattina mi reco nella farmacia con mia nipote. Subito il dottore comincia a fare problemi per l'età della bambina nonostante avessi specificato l'età a una sua collega due giorni prima, e mi dice che non possono essere fatti senza la presenza della mamma. Venendomi il dubbio che mi potessero aver dato informazioni non corrette, richiedo se i buchi possono essere fatti in contemporanea se la mamma della bambina (mia sorella) si fosse recata nella farmacia, rispondendomi "se viene la mamma li possiamo fare come volete anche in contemporanea". Aspettiamo così l'arrivo della mamma e una volta arrivata comincia ad essere molto più scortese affermando: "se la bambina comincia a fare storie io i buchi non li faccio", mia sorella afferma allora che non ci sono problemi se vengono fatti in contemporanea allorché il dottore comincia a dire che "IN CONTEMPORANEA VUOL DIRE PRIMA UNO E POI L'ALTRO", come se l'italiano non fosse di nostra comprensione. A causa di questo trattamento ce ne siamo andate, senza buchi e con la bambina mortificata che desiderava tanto gli orecchini. Mi dispiace per l'altro farmacista che è stato molto gentile cercando anche un dialogo con la bambina durante l'attesa. "HERE WE WILL NEVER TAKE FOOT AGAIN": After I went two days ago to get information about pierced ears for a three year old girl, this morning I go to the pharmacy with my niece. Because of this treatment we left, without holes and with the mortified girl who wanted the earrings so much. I'm sorry for the other pharmacist who was very kind, also trying to talk to the child while waiting.

F	Federica Gioia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace non poter dare meno di una stella,penso sia troppa anche quella...togliendo il ragazzo in cassa veramente gentile,la"signora" e il "signore dei tamponi" sono di una maleducazione unica,MAI PIÙ ENTRERÒ in quella farmacia,la SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE I'm sorry not to be able to give less than one star, I think it's too much too ... removing the really nice guy in the cashier, the "lady" and the "tampon lord" are of a unique rudeness, I WILL NEVER ENTER that pharmacy, I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND
O	Otto Argo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacia è stata ristrutturata di recente triplicando i suoi spazi e offrendo i suoi innumerevoli servizi in un ambiente accogliente e confortevole. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale ineccepibili, ci si sente un po' come a casa e tornarci è sempre un piacere. Assolutamente consigliata! The pharmacy has been recently renovated, tripling its spaces and offering its countless services in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Kindness and helpfulness of the staff are impeccable, you feel a bit like home and coming back is always a pleasure. Absolutely recommended!
