Sarebbe auspicabile un miglior assortimento, abbinato ad una maggior cortesia e gentilezza, che non guastano mai. La farmacia più vicina ha l'uno e l'altro. Anche se nelle ore di punta c’è la fila, scorre veloce perché sono tanti farmacisti. Realizzano prodotti galenici un po’ cari però. Mi viene invece consigliato un collirio che rifiuto, preferisco l'acqua borica, allora la tipa mi mette sul banco un'altra cosa facendo finta che sia acqua borica ma non lo era. Solo al terzo tentativo riesco a ottenere quanto desidero, evviva. Non mi fermerò più in questa farmacia. Si danno tante arie, ma sono solo commercianti come tanti altri, in questo caso indisponenti. Mentre per quanto riguarda il servizio Cup in questo periodo pecca perché il sistema che non funziona a causa della registrazione dei tamponi quindi non è possibile prenotare, pagare le prestazioni o farsi scaricare il green pass. Chiederei gentilmente alla farmacia se potesse mettere un cartello all'entrata con scritto che il servizio Cup al momento non funziona. In questo modo si evitano code , sovraffollamento inutile e perdita di tempo per i farmacisti e i clienti. Non è vicina a dove abito ma preferisco fare chilometri in più per andare da loro nonostante io abbia farmacie più vicine a casa. Well-stocked pharmacy. It is not close to where I live but I prefer to go the extra miles to go to them even though I have pharmacies closer to home.

Sono abituata a quelle di Firenze che, seppur sempre oberate, trovano il tempo di dare assistenza telefonica. Avevo una buona opinione di questa farmacia, in particolare per gli orari di apertura e l'assortimento. Purtroppo mi devo ricredere sul servizio ai clienti: qualcuno potrebbe avere necessità di un contatto rapido e non esiste un indirizzo email né è possibile parlare con qualcuno telefonicamente.
