Appena utilizzato il servizio di prenotazione vaccino con WhatsApp, dopo pochissime ore avevo già la mail con la prenotazione effettuata (rispettando tutte le indicazioni che avevo dato...ed erano tante ?). Mia figlia ha recentemente fatto la foratura dei lobi, sono stati puliti e veloci. La bimba è stata contentissima. Abito dall'altra parte della città, ma se ho bisogno vengo qui....un motivo ci sarà! Super organizzati per ogni servizio ....dalle prenotazioni cup, ai tamponi rapidi, alla gestione della consegna dei medicinali....il tutto per evitare code ed assembramenti! Sempre disponibili, gentili e puntuali! Inoltre vendono i prodotti Euphidra che in zona non si trovano da nessun altra parte!!! Veramente soddisfatta ed è un piacere rapportarsi ogni giorno con persone così piacevoli! Staff very kind! Super organized for each service .... from cup reservations, to quick swabs, to managing the delivery of medicines .... all to avoid queues and gatherings! Always available, kind and punctual! Sono fortemente dispiaciuta che il servizio volga al termine, spero davvero possiate ripensarci e organizzarvi nella maniera più ottimale per voi, così da non lasciarci in balia di personale che decisamente, con volontà, si accanisce nei nostri corpi con una violenza insostenibile. Grazie. The only pharmacy in Ferrara with absolutely pleasant staff and the doctor who performs the swabs is a Human being, a quality that is definitely lost. I am grateful for your dedication, generosity and care towards those who have chosen this path in absolute responsibility and feeling. I am deeply sorry that the service is coming to an end, I really hope you can rethink and organize yourself in the most optimal way for you, so as not to leave us at the mercy of personnel who decisively, with will, rage in our bodies with unsustainable violence.
