G	Giuseppe Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mi sono recato in questa farmacia per comprare i tanti farmaci che costituiscono la mia terapia, sono infatti portatore di un cuore artificiale in attesa di trapianto. La farmacista mi fornisce tutti i farmaci e si scusa perché manca una scatola di un farmaco. Lo pago comunque e mi viene fornito un ticket per il ritiro poiché, avendo già pagato, potevo “passare un attimo a ritirarlo” L’indomani mattina nonostante il caldo passo ma ci sono 4 persone in fila, alle quali chiedo gentilmente se posso ritirare il farmaco già messo da parte e pagato. I signor non fanno obiezioni e mi fanno passare ma il farmacista con tono canzonatorio mi ammonisce dicendo : “deve fare lo stesso la fila” indicandomi il fondo della fila, come se avessi voluto fare il furbo, quando la sua stessa collega mi ha detto il giorno prima che avrei dovuto passare a ritirarlo senza bisogno di mettermi in fila. Insomma per colpa delle idee poco chiare del farmacista di turno oggi sono stato 15 minuti lì ad attendere per prendere una scatola già pagata di farmaco dopo essermi beccato un “rimprovero” in pubblico. L’attenzione al cliente... mi spiace per il titolare che sembra simpatico ma è inutile dire che non ci tornerò mai più! Ho acquistato una confezione di tappi per orecchie ma mi accorgo una decina minuti dopo essere andata via di trovare non solo la confezione non sigillata ma all'interno mancano dei tappi, mi ritrovo praticamente un prodotto manomesso e per metà mancante! Di 5 coppie così come descritto trovo 5 tappi! Telefono alla farmacista e le chiedo gentilmente di potermi cambiare il prodotto ma non potendo ritornare immediatamente perché ero in partenza le chiedo se facendo delle foto e conservando lo scontrino (mandando subito per e mail per dimostrare) posso cambiare il prodotto fra qualche giorno dato che mi era impossibile ritornare subito! Mi si nega perché il prodotto deve essere cambiato il giorno stesso! Non solo la mancanza era loro ma non sono assolutamente venuti incontro al cliente! Inoltre dopo aver "specificato" alla farmacista di non volere la shopper bag minuscola ed inutile mi viene ugualmente addebitato il costo! Morale della favola massima delusione!
