Le farmacista non lo avevano ma hanno fatto diverse chiamate per vedere se riuscivamo a trovarlo in tempo. Ben fornita, ha tutto ciò cui si può aver bisogno, dagli integratori al farmaco. Molto interessanti anche le giornate Bionike dove ho fatto anche la visita del capello. Affidabilita e cortesia. Torno a casa e notiamo che il prodotto presenta delle criticità essendo privo di elastico non può essere indossato da tutti. Facciamo notare che il farmacista non informando il cliente della limitazione, misura unica effettua una vendita poco corretta. Alla nostra richiesta di ritiro del prodotto c’è il diniego di rimborso quasi € 30,00 riteniamo che il comportamento di vendita scorretta approfittando del momento sia un comportamento al quanto schifoso. I go home and we notice that the product has some criticalities as it has no elastic it cannot be worn by everyone. We point out that the pharmacist by not informing the customer of the limitation, one-size-fits-all makes an incorrect sale. At our request to withdraw the product, there is a denial of reimbursement of almost € 30.00. We believe that the incorrect selling behavior taking advantage of the moment is a disgusting behavior.

(O dite che li fate solo ai prenotati, o li inserite tra una prenotazione e l'altra. Bisogna organizzarsi ed essere chiari, e un po' di gentilezza non guasterebbe). They made me pay for a tampon, then they made them only to those booked, making me wait an infinite time, effectively forcing me to give up. (Either you say that you do them only to those who have booked, or you insert them between one booking and another. You have to organize yourself and be clear, and a little kindness would not hurt).
