Il processo di gestione della moltitudine di persone che si rivolgono alla Farmacia, per molteplici e diversificati servizi - Tamponi, Vaccini, Estetica e Distribuzione Farmaci -deve essere stato recentemente rivisto ed efficacemente potenziato. Personale preparato e molto disponibile. The swab was made today: the appointment set for 3.30 pm and 3.15 pm I had already finished the whole procedure. Il servizio è fantastico… non ci sono lunghe file interminabili, e c’è un organizzazione più che meticolosa. Tamponi fatti decentemente (non come tanti altri) ma nuovamente più di tutto la Gentilezza! Veramente complimenti! E siccome la mia recensione è reale ci metto nome e cognome! G	Giuseppe La Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido la mia esperienza verso la farmacia del Rondò del Doctor Gandolfi e i suoi dipendenti; da diverso tempo mi reco per effettuare tamponi e posso affermare che ha pianificato un bel sistema di lavoro. Unico inghippo probabilmente è durante l'attesa di certe giornate dove occorre attendere per il pagamento (dipende dalle dinamiche della giornata); ma nulla toglie che tutto il personale dalla farmacia compreso chi vi consegna l'esito siano gentili nel garantirvi un servizio ottimale. Il migliore a bordo il sig. PooyA!! Unico neo, visto che mi sono recata più volte per effettuare un tampone e quanta attesa per il pagamento, solo l'ultima volta mi è stato detto che la fila per il pagamento dei tamponi era distinta rispetto a quella dei clienti della farmacia e che potevo accedere quindi da un altro accesso. Excellent tampon service. Appointment time respected and result arrived within 10 minutes. The only drawback, since I went several times to make a tampon and how much waiting for the payment, only the last time I was told that the queue for the payment of tampons was separate from that of the customers of the pharmacy and that I could then log in from another login.

Pagamento con ritiro del referto (attesa fuori ovviamente) alle ore 15:15. 1 ora e 45 per un tampone con PRENOTAZIONE mi sembra un po' troppo. Ho speso 1 ora una settimana fa nella stessa fascia oraria in un'altra farmacia, senza prenotazione. Non conosco la farmacia Del Rondò ma il servizio prestato in data odierna non mi è sembrato adeguato. Alla mia domanda 'Come mai tanta attesa nonostante la prenotazione?' mi è stato risposto 'C'è tanta gente'. E alla mia ulteriore domanda: 'La prenotazione dunque a cosa serve?', non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Non so dire se sia sempre così ma, per come oggi è andata con me (e con tutte le altre persone in attesa), non posso che scrivere una recensione negativa. Sarebbe bastato un 'mi spiace' e/o una spiegazione credibile. Tampon with reservation 13: 30-13: 45. Punctual. Payment with collection of the report (waiting outside of course) at 3.15 pm. 1 hour and 45 for a tampon with RESERVATION seems to me a bit too much. I spent 1 hour a week ago in the same time slot in another pharmacy, without a reservation. I do not know the Del Rondò pharmacy but the service provided today did not seem adequate. To my question 'Why so much waiting despite the reservation?' I was replied 'There are many people'. And to my further question: 'So what is the reservation for?', I have not received any answer. I don't know if this is always the case but, as it went with me today (and with all the other people waiting), I can only write a negative review. A 'I'm sorry' and / or a credible explanation would have been enough.
