L'ultima volta, però, mi è stata fatta pagare, senza preavviso. Sono rimasto piuttosto sconcertato, perché sono sempre andato da loro nel corso degli anni e non ho mai sborsato un centesimo.
Legittimo da parte del titolare fare la politica dei prezzi che vuole, ma perché non avvertire prima?
The staff and the owner are courteous and kind people. However, my experience has not been completely positive. I go and measure my blood every once in a while, and until the other day the service was free as I think for most pharmacies.
Last time, however, I was charged, without warning. I was rather baffled, because I have always gone to them over the years and have never paid a penny.
Legitimate by the owner to do the pricing policy he wants, but why not warn first?
