Abbiamo chiesto un prodotto meno "pesante" per un problema al seno. Il signore in questione ha iniziato a trattarci malissimo urlando contro di noi, perchè pensava che noi volessimo un proddotto più economico di quello che ci stava offrendo ma in realtà volevamo un prodotto "leggero" e lenitivo NON a base di cortisone ma non ci ha lasciato nemmeno il tempo di spiegarci, ostenando le sue referenze e mettendoci quasi alla porta. Ha infierito contro di noi e poi se ne uscito dicendo che voleva vedere una foto del problema, essendo che il problema si trova in una zona privata NON mi sembra il caso e NON sono richieste da fare ad un CLIENTE a prescindere dalla zona. Anche se LUI sapeva benissimo che si trattava del SENO visto che lo avevamo specificato.
Volvamo solo un prodotto da banco!
Tra l'altro il caro signore tra un urlo e altro si è dimenticato anche di farci lo scontrino e ce ne siamo resi conto solo una volta arrivati a casa.
Il prodotto l'abbiamo comprato comunque perché essendo il giorno di Pasqua c'è solo questa farmacia aperta ma non ci rimetteremo mai più piede.

He raged against us and then came out saying that he wanted to see a photo of the problem, being that the problem is in a private area it does NOT seem to me to be the case and there are NO requests to be made to a CUSTOMER regardless of the area. Even though HE knew very well that it was BREAST since we had specified it.
We just wanted an over the counter product!
Among other things, the dear gentleman between a scream and another has also forgotten to give us the receipt and we realized it only once we got home.
We bought the product anyway because being Easter day there is only this pharmacy open but we will never get back on it again.
