★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasty attitude if your Italian isn't perfect but communicate without problems with non-English speaking Italians. I was on vacation and desperate for medication. The pharmacist told me a prescription I had was for 1 time only and confiscated my prescription. It was for non-narcotic medication. She was dismissive and had a major attitude problem. I learned after I'd left Italy that the prescription I'd brought them was for as many refills as was needed.
That pharmacist should be nicer and more patient when people try to communicate. They should be nicer when they're under investigation for improper dispensing of prescriptions too
