Dopo aver chiamato al telefono (comportandosi in modo sbrigativo e poco attento) e chiesto informazioni per il Tampone Covid e Green Pass per volare, ci e' stato assicurato e confermato che la farmacia avrebbe fornito le seguenti certificazioni, come da nuove norme. Agli atti pero', ci e' stato fornito un foglio di carta A4 stampato e compilato a penna, pure male, che non serve praticamente a nulla. Soldi buttati. Ci hanno causato un danno economico, non da poco, e rovitano il programma della vacanza. Sconsigliati alla grande proprio. Really incompetent.
