Il Dottor Giuseppe si è dimostrato subito comprensivo, chiedendomi il motivo di questa urgenza e offrendomi di passare subito in farmacia, pur spiegandomi che non c’erano slot disponibili ma che mi avrebbe inserito tra una prenotazione e l’altra. Sono rimasto colpito da tanta gentilezza, comprensione e attenzione al cliente. Massima professionalità e cordialità anche da parte di tutto il personale della farmacia. Complimenti e grazie! Doctor Giuseppe was immediately understanding, asking me the reason for this urgency and offering me to go to the pharmacy immediately, while explaining that there were no slots available but that he would have inserted me between one booking and another. I was impressed with so much kindness, understanding and customer focus. Maximum professionalism and friendliness also on the part of all the pharmacy staff. Congratulations and thank you!

Dall'altro capo una voce poco convinta mi rivolge una serie di domande 'perché lo vuole fare? 'E' entrata in contatto con un positivo?' 'Quando?' Ebbene, solo DOPO aver saputo che, si, ovviamente voglio fare un tampone perché ho un dubbio (non certo per il piacere di farlo), la dottoressa mi dice che non è possibile perché 'sono troppo pieni di prenotazioni'. Aggiunge che se non è necessario ricevere la certificazione, posso mandare qualcuno a comprare il kit casalingo.....ah, però, che geni!
