★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "la conversazione finisce qui" questo mi è stato detto dopo aver chiesto gentilmente telefonicamente se potevo cambiare un collutorio da 500 ml acquistato 20 minuti prima con lo stesso prodotto ma più piccolo.Prodotto ovviamente preso dal farmacista e non scelto da me ma poiché, chi mi ha prescritto il prodotto mi ha detto che 500 ml erano eccessivi ho chiamato e chiesto di poter ridurre la quantità. "con il covid non possiamo prendere indietro neanche uno spillo" mi ha anche detto. Ha fatto pure dell'ironia dicendomi che non mi conveniva comprarne uno nuovo (quando gli ho espressamente chiesto se poteva cambiarlo) e di finire quello che avevo acquistato come se fosse una bottiglia di vino. Dopo di che l'uomo dietro al bancone mi ha buttato giù il telefono in faccia. Consigliatissimo, veri professionisti del commercio

Product obviously taken by the pharmacist and not chosen by me but since, who he prescribed the product he told me that 500ml was excessive I called and asked to be able to reduce the amount. "with the covid we can not take back even a pin" he also told me. He even made an irony by telling me that I didn't want to buy a new one (when I specifically asked him if he could change it) and to finish what I had bought as if it were a bottle of wine. After that the man behind the counter threw the phone down in my face. Highly recommended, true professionals of the trade
