Mi è pure capitato di dover aspettare che la farmacista concludesse il discorso con una cliente che aveva già ultimato il pagamento, nonostante si fosse creata la coda. Non fanno rispettare affatto la distanza di cortesia. Se chiedi un consiglio non sono discrete. La metà delle cose che cerchi la devono ordinare. È vergognosa la poca professionalità : sanno che quella è l'unica farmacia di zona, la più vicina sì raggiunge in auto, e a volte conviene sopportare. Speriamo che in futuro non abbia più bisogno di farmaci. The lack of professionalism is shameful: they know that this is the only pharmacy in the area, the closest one can reach by car, and sometimes it is better to bear it.
