Ci sono stato un paio di volte e mi sono imbattuto sempre nel medesimo sanitario X che tratta il cliente, cioè il sottoscritto, con sufficienza, saluta solo se ci si presenta con un "Buongiorno da tenore "...
Ciò che però mi ha infastidito è (visto che l'educazione non è da tutti) la mancanza di professionalità.
Mi ha proposto il farmaco commerciale omettendo il fatto che quello generico costava 1/4 dello stesso..... Gli altri dottori farmacisti credo abbiano un approccio col cliente diverso visto l'affluenza di persone... probabilmente son stato sfortunato?!

I have been there a couple of times and I have always come across the same sanitary X who treats the customer, that is, myself, with disdain, greets us only if he shows us a "Good morning as a tenor" ...
But what bothered me is (since education is not for everyone) the lack of professionalism.
He offered me the commercial drug omitting the fact that the generic one cost 1/4 of the same ..... The other pharmacist doctors think they have a different approach with the customer given the influx of people ... probably I was unlucky ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una farmacia davvero fornita, anche di trucchi e creme. Il personale, oltre ad essere preparato, è simpatico, molto gentile e sempre disponibile! Se non hanno qualcosa, lo ordinano subito e generalmente in mezza giornata arriva.
Il parcheggio della farmacia tiene una decina di auto, con un posto per disabili, ma comunque attorno è tutto pieno di parcheggi.
It is a really well-stocked pharmacy, including make-up and creams. The staff, besides being prepared, is nice, very kind and always available! If they don't have something, they order it immediately and generally arrive in half a day.
The pharmacy car park holds a dozen cars, with a place for the disabled, but around it is all full of parking lots.
