If you could put zero stars I would have done it. Judging staff without even having seen the problem and dealing badly without finding a solution for the customer. Absolutely not recommended!

In this country for work away from home (from Varese) I made 4 swabs from them in November, all good and very polite the lady who gave me the results, I was fine!
