★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso questa farmacia per prenotare degli esami del sangue. Premetto che la prestazione aveva carattere di urgenza, come correttamente riportato in ricetta. La prima data utile individuata dalla farmacista é stata a distanza di 8 gg e pur facendo nuovamente presente che la ricetta riportava il carattere U di urgenza (quindi il servizio dovrebbe essere erogato entro le 48-72 ore successive), la risposta é stata che il medico curante avrebbe dovuto prenotare tale prestazione per conto mio e che la farmacia non era abilitata a una simile operazione. Mi sono recato presso altra farmacia, e senza dover specificare nulla ma semplicemente leggendo quanto riportato sulla ricetta, le prestazioni sono state prenotate per il giorno successivo!!!
I went to this pharmacy to book blood tests. I state that the service was of an urgent nature, as correctly reported in the recipe. The first useful date identified by the pharmacist was 8 days later and while again reminding that the recipe had the character U of urgency (therefore the service should be provided within the following 48-72 hours), the answer was that the the attending physician should have booked this service on my behalf and that the pharmacy was not authorized for such an operation. I went to another pharmacy, and without having to specify anything but simply reading the information on the recipe, the services were booked for the next day !!!
