Ho telefonato per far portare la medicina a mia mamma a casa dicendo che potevo pagare a distanza come si fa in tutto il mondo dando il codice della carta o fare bonifico come volevano Mi è stato risposto che il dottore non ci conosce. Dopo una vita che siamo andati la a comprare, oltre questo dimostrano Incompetenza, nessuna professionalità né commerciale nè morale. In più al telefono mi dice ma non ha un amica? Beh se avevo qualcuno che avesse potuto non avrei chiesto di sicuro consegna a domicilio. Grazie al cielo ci sono infinite farmacie online che effettuano la consegna con pagamento con carta. Io sono allucinata da scarsa preparazione non professionalità e arroganza del dottore ( non della signora al telefono che è stata gentile)
1 star is too much! I phoned to have my mom bring the medicine home saying that I could pay remotely as it is done anywhere in the world by giving the card code or making a transfer as they wanted. I was told that the doctor does not know us. After a lifetime that we went there to buy, in addition to this they demonstrate incompetence, no professionalism, neither commercial nor moral. Plus on the phone he says to me but doesn't he have a friend? Well if I had someone who could I would not have asked for home delivery for sure. Thank goodness there are endless online pharmacies that deliver with card payment. I am hallucinated by the poor preparation, unprofessionalism and arrogance of the doctor (not the lady on the phone who was kind)
