Durante il weekend mi sono accorta che il colore acquistato non corrispondeva a quello richiesto ed oggi 22/07/2019 lunedì mi sono recata presso la farmacia per chiedere di cambiare almeno una! Confezione completamente integra e scontrino fiscale alla mano. Mi è stato risposto che non potevano fare il cambio colore PERCHÉ L’AZIENDA NON LO PERMETTEVA. Hanno praticamente VIOLATO IL MIO DIRITTO DI CAMBIO PREVISTO PER LEGGE DIFFAMATO L’AZIENDA LADY GLORIA con la quale ho parlato e mi hanno detto che È UN LORO DOVERE CAMBIARLE, ma mi sono arresa alla maleducazione con la quale sono stata risposta dalla “dottoressa” ANTONELLA e la ragazzina che lavora con lei... quindi nessun cambio, ma di sicuro hanno perso una cliente e sosterrò QUEL CHE SI DICE IN GIRO CHE I PRODOTTI NON SONO ORIGINALI in quella pseudo farmacia! Infatti altrimenti... il cambio poteva essere effettuato!!!! INDIGNATA! on 19/07/2019 (Friday) I purchased 2 pairs of graduated socks from the Lady Gloria company at the COPPOLA pharmacy in via Vittorio Emanuele n.1, Casoria (Na). During the weekend I realized that the color purchased did not match the one requested and today 22/07/2019 on Monday I went to the pharmacy to ask to change at least one! Fully intact packaging and receipt in hand. I was told that they could not make the color change BECAUSE THE COMPANY DID NOT ALLOW IT. They practically violated my right of exchange foreseen by defamated law the company LADY GLORIA with which I spoke and they told me that it is their duty to change them, but I surrendered to the rudeness with which I was answered by the "doctor" ANTONELLA and the little girl who works with her ... so no change, but for sure they have lost a customer and I will support WHAT IS SAYING THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ORIGINAL in that pseudo pharmacy! In fact otherwise ... the change could be made !!!! Outraged!

I medicinali, anche se non presenti in magazzino possono essere ordinati e ritirati nel pomeriggio. Uno neo è che che non si trovi un posto dove parcheggiare. Friendly, qualified and always available, the pharmacy is well stocked. Medicines, even if not in stock, can be ordered and collected in the afternoon. One drawback is that you can't find a place to park.
