★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia comunale, simile alle altre, di dimensioni limitate. Un aspetto un po' datato, avrebbe bisogno di un profondo rinnovamento per rendere l'ambiente luminoso ed accogliente. Niente da dire del personale, cortese e preparato.
Municipal pharmacy, similar to the others, of limited size. A slightly dated aspect, it would need a profound renovation to make the environment bright and welcoming. Nothing to say about the staff, courteous and prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppi neofarmacisti a rotazione e soprattutto poco competenti e con informazioni errate su farmaci. Uno di loro mi disse che un farmaco importante non sarebbe più stato in produzione..e non è affatto vero !!
Too many neopharmacists in rotation and above all not very competent and with incorrect information on drugs. One of them told me that an important drug would no longer be in production .. and that's not true at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La direttrice della comunale di Alfonsine dovrebbe fare un corso accelerato di cortesia e disponibilita' verso i clienti (soprattutto di cosi lunga data ) e lasciare la propria arroganza fuori dal lavoro. Oppure cambiare professione perche' la medicina ed il contatto con il pubblico non sono per tutti.
The director of the Alfonsine municipality should take a crash course in courtesy and availability towards customers (especially of such a long time) and leave her arrogance out of work. Or change profession because medicine and contact with the public are not for everyone.
