Phone always busy, I send an email as expected from their site to request to be called back for a swab to my daughter, I have never been called back, truly a disgraceful service.
R	Romano Gaudenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, premetto che non ne so' nulla di come si fa' un tampone però mi piacerebbe sapere come è possibile che da tampone fatto a casa sono risultato positivo e invece da tampone fatto in questa farmacia ( peraltro manifestando il mio disappunto perché una passata veloce in gola e alla narice non mi sembrava abbastanza o forse sì x fare tamponi a go go e incassare 15 euro) che ho dovuto fare x forza a distanza di qualche ora sono risultato negativo. Ho preferito sentire nuovamente il medico per questi risultati discordanti, ennesimo tampone molecolare che ha confermato il TAMPONE FATTO IN CASA.... Questa è la mia esperienza presso questa farmacia , direi negativa perché così chi non approfondisce và in giro tranquillo pensando di essere negativo Hello, I state that I do not know anything about how to make a tampon but I would like to know how it is possible that I tested positive from a homemade tampon and instead of a tampon made in this pharmacy (however, expressing my disappointment because a quick swipe in the throat and nostril it did not seem enough or maybe yes x to make swabs to go go and collect 15 euros) that I had to do x force after a few hours I tested negative. I preferred to hear from the doctor again for these discordant results, yet another molecular swab that confirmed the HOME-MADE PAD .... This is my experience at this pharmacy, I would say negative because so those who do not investigate go around quietly thinking they are negative
