A me lo hanno detto dopo, quando non potevo più cambiare un semplice medicinale da banco che si trova anche altrove. La scusa è stata che loro devono garantire che i farmaci siano tenuti entro i 28 gradi. Peccato che leggendo ovunque sul farmaco e nel bugiardino non c'è traccia di questa regola. Ho fatto anche una PEC all'attenzione della direzione ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Non è ovviamente il costo ma al comportamento a mio avviso poco professionale. Beware of returning purchases.
