Me ne è stato venduto uno che al suo interno ( nel foglio delle spiegazioni ) aveva scritto esplicitamente che , in modo assoluto non avrebbe neanche dovuto propormelo poiché vietato l’uso a chiunque avesse la mia problematica. Lo stato della mia pelle si è aggravato in modo esponenziale immediatamente dopo l’applicazione e con dispiacere e sofferenza per il dolore , sono subito tornata nella stessa farmacia. La farmacista in questione ha per più volte tentato di sminuire il problema che è stato constatato nel suo aggravarsi graduale ( a causa del prodotto da lei proposto e venduto ) anche dall’altro dipendente presente. Ho trovato poco professionale che una del mestiere mi abbia venduto qualcosa senza conoscerlo arrecandomi danno, e ho trovato affatto professionale da parte sua, il tentativo di sminuire il problema cercando la ragione nonostante la spudorata evidenza dei fatti.
Days ago I went to ask for a product for a skin problem. I was sold one that inside (in the explanatory sheet) had explicitly written that, in an absolute way, he should not even have offered it to me as it was forbidden to use it to anyone who had my problem. The condition of my skin worsened exponentially immediately after application and with regret and suffering from the pain, I immediately returned to the same pharmacy. The pharmacist in question has repeatedly tried to downplay the problem that was found in its gradual aggravation (due to the product she proposed and sold) also by the other employee present. I found it unprofessional that someone in the trade sold me something without knowing it causing me damage, and I found it quite professional on her part to try to downplay the problem by looking for the reason despite the shameless evidence of the facts.
