L	Leonardo Giglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerco sempre di trovare il meglio in tutto o comunque giustificare, in modo da non dover dare punteggi bassi e penalizzare la struttura o comunque qualsiasi cosa essa sia ma , questa volta non si può ! Premetto che mi sono avvalso di questa farmacia non per dei medicinali ma per il servizio di “ tampone rapido “ necessario per la visita alla Valle dei Templi . Perché un punteggio così basso ? Bene allora vi spiego : Mi sono recato verso le 12.00 presso la farmacia prenotando il tampone per il pomeriggio( 9 persone prima di me ) . Una volta arrivati fin lì iniziavano i problemi , disorganizzazione totale dal personale che si prestava a fare tamponi , non veniva rispettata la scaletta dei prenotati quindi potete immaginare che confusione ma questo non è ancora niente ! La cosa che ha destabilizzato tutti i presenti è stato il Modus Operandi dell’incaricato ai tamponi . Prima i tamponi ai vari gruppetti prenotati e dopo al momento di dover refertare usciva chiedendo i documenti e la domanda sorge spontanea : e adesso sai di chi sono i vari tamponi ? E poi il come effettuava in test : ho visto ripetere 3 volte un test su un adulto e vabbè può succedere , ma vedere il tampone essere spinto con poca delicatezza nel naso e tutti che arretravano e si lamentavano per i dolori ( ed io di tamponi ne ho fatti parecchi ) quello è stato la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso ! A quel punto abbiamo deciso di andare direttamente alla Valle dei Templi dove è stata allestita una zona per effettuare il tampone rapido , veloce e indolore ( come dovrebbe essere ) . Once we got there, the problems began, total disorganization by the staff who lent themselves to making swabs, the schedule of the booked was not respected so you can imagine what a confusion but this is still nothing! The thing that destabilized all present was the modus operandi of the person in charge of the tampons. First the swabs to the various groups booked and then at the time of having to report he would go out asking for the documents and the question arises: and now you know whose the various swabs are? And then how he performed in tests: I saw a test repeated 3 times on an adult and oh well it can happen, but seeing the swab being pushed with little delicacy into the nose and everyone backing away and complaining about the pain (and I about swabs). I've done several) that was the straw that broke the camel's back! At that point we decided to go directly to the Valley of the Temples where an area was set up to carry out the swab quickly, quickly and painlessly (as it should be).
