Per la seconda volta ho deciso di ritornare in questa farmacia nonostante la disavventura della prima , in quanto la titolare che mi ha servito era stata arrogante scocciata e incompetente . E anche la seconda volta non si è risparmiata dalla pessima figura in quanto ero in fila ,tt ad un tratto arriva un signore che lei saluta dicendo “buongiorno Dottore” !! Invece di far passare me visto che era il mio turno , fa passare lui facendo finta di nulla come se la fila non esisteva !!! E aveva visto benissimo che toccava a me !! In più dopo che le ho fatto notare la cosa arrivo a chiederle informazioni su un integratore ormai comunissimo sul mercato , sembrava che le avevo chiesto chissà cosa. Sicuramente una terza volta non ci sarà perché non ci andrò piu !! A star not even deserved !! Sia il dottore che l'infermiera fanno i salti mortali per cercare di venire incontro a tutti! Non so come avremmo fatto senza il loro supporto. Il top resta sempre il Dottor Marco che nonostante questa situazione di disagio resta sempre cordiale e disponibile sia con me che con tutta la mia famiglia. Una va a fare il tampone perché a contatto con un positivo e si prende anche gli insulti per essere risultata positiva. Punto primo, esiste una privacy e se qualcuno risulta positivo non lo si urla in mezzo alla piazza. Punto numero due, non si può essere insultati perché risultati positivi al covid, come se a noi piacesse...aggiungendo anche che " se aveva il dubbio di essere positiva doveva stare a casa". (Senza contare che non posso sapere se sono positiva se appunto non mi reco a fare un tampone) Ah ovviamente il tutto detto urlando all'interno della farmacia e mai in faccia al cliente. La signora in questione probabilmente immaginiamo tutti chi sia. VERGOGNOSO Pharmacy that certainly deserves to close.
