Mi è stata inoltre chiesta la ricetta per del PANTOPARZOLO (lo acquisto da oltre due anni in farmacie diverse senza mai averla avuta, a parte la prima volta), offrendomi in alternativa un farmaco con pantoparzolo all’interno, peró nettamente più costoso (per il quello ovviamente non chiedevano la ricetta)
Really rude staff.
I was also asked for the prescription for PANTOPARZOLE (I have been buying it for over two years in different pharmacies without ever having it, apart from the first time), offering me as an alternative a drug with pantoparzole inside, but much more expensive (for the the one obviously didn't ask for the recipe)

Arrivo alle 18 :57 (chiusura alle 19:00) e trovo la porta chiusa. Suono, busso e nessuno mi apre.. pur osservandomi dall'interno.
Voi svolgete un servizio PUBBLICO secondo la deontologia del settore. Non stavo acquistando un rossetto ma avevo una vera urgenza. SCANDALOSI
