★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia ben fornita e con farmacisti molto gentili e disponibili a consigliare il farmaco più adatto. Buon reparto di prodotti di cosmesi. Molto efficienti per il centro di prenotazione CUP. Spesso è affollata, ma questo significa che è un punto di riferimento molto valido.
Pharmacy well stocked and with very kind pharmacists and available to recommend the most suitable drug. Good department of cosmetics products. Very efficient for the CUP booking center. It is often crowded, but this means it is a very good reference point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come mai non vengono aggiornati gli orari? Su google da orario continuato, poi ti presenti li e trovi chiuso. Ok la pausa, ci mancherebbe ma comunicarla anche ai clienti non mi sembra troppo disturbo!
Why are the timetables not updated? On google all day long, then you show up there and find yourself closed. Ok the break, God forbid but communicating it to customers does not seem too much trouble!

Io oggi con infezione alle vie urinarie grave !!!mi vedo senza fermenti lattici giusti e senza i miei 19 euro pagati!! Cosi per dire!!
Tutto ciò per non fare un cambio di fermenti comprato pochi minuti prima! che non erano quelli consigliati dal mio medico poco dopo!! Non settimane !
Evviva ennesimo disservizio che mi ha fatto davvero arrabbiare oggi!!
Per fortuna a pochi passi c'è la farmacia del candiano , tutt'altra storia ! Ora alla 4 non mi vedranno più e ne compravo di prodotti.
Anche se già dovevo cambiare quando al loro cup non erano capaci di prenotare una visita, mentre dopo pochi minuti cambiavo farmacia e non riscontravo alcun problema nella prenotazione ....così per dire! EVITATE !!

Dopo aver fatto 20 minuti di fila, ho avuto un trattamento scortese e menefreghista. Per me siete i peggiori di Ravenna.
Pharmacies would need empathic and helpful people, people who are very different from those who are here.
After standing 20 minutes straight, I got a rude and indifferent treatment. For me you are the worst in Ravenna.
