Sono stata lì più volte, ci abito vicino ed ho sempre visto trattare male o in maniera scortese qualcuno: non importa tu abbia difficoltà di comprensione (linguistiche, d'età, culturali, o anche, per carità, perché non tutti nascono intelligenti e svegli); che tu ti rivolga a loro gentilmente o che sia invece sbrigativo per la fretta; che tu abbia ricette in regola o chiedendo consigli per farmaci da banco, o che invece, come so spesso accade, non dotato di ricetta; che sia il turno di notte, orario di apertura o di chiusura. Tutto questo è abbastanza irrelevante, tanto si viene sempre trattati con toni di sufficienza, quando va bene, o in maniera maleducata, come se fossi sempre lì a disturbarli. Bisogna avere stoffa per lavorare con il pubblico, perché, nessuno dice il contrario, i clienti spesso ti tolgono la pelle di dosso, ma se hai scelto questo lavoro devi esserne capace. Chiamo un’altra farmacia e mi dicono che invece loro i tamponi li stanno facendo e quindi non è vero che il sito della regione non funziona ma sono loro che evidentemente hanno dei sistemi informatici dell’anteguerra. Visto che oltretutto non è un servizio gratuito e c’è un sovraffollamento a causa dei simpaticoni che non vogliono vaccinarsi, dovreste migliorare la vostra organizzazione, dal momento che soprattutto in questo periodo ci sono tante persone che hanno bisogno del tampone per poter incontrare i propri cari senza aver paura di contagiarli o per prendere un aereo nonostante siano già vaccinate.
