Ho ordinato telefonicamente un colluttorio post operazione ieri, stamani mi sono recato a ritirarlo e ho scoperto che l'ordine non era neanche stato effettuato perché il prodotto non era distribuito presso questa farmacia. Servizio veramente allucinante, visto che la farmacista che mi ha servito avrebbe potuto almeno cercare un prodotto analogo o recuperare il prodotto presso altre farmacie e scusarsi per il disagio mentre si é limitata a vaneggiare qualche scusa. Sconsigliato caldamente, andate in altre farmacie che a Empoli la scelta non manca di certo!
Avoid! I ordered a post-op mouthwash by phone yesterday, this morning I went to pick it up and found that the order hadn't even been placed because the product was not distributed at this pharmacy. Truly hallucinating service, since the pharmacist who served me could at least have looked for a similar product or recovered the product at other pharmacies and apologized for the inconvenience while she limited herself to ranting some excuse. Strongly not recommended, go to other pharmacies that in Empoli the choice is certainly not lacking!
