★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei fare una segnalazione al dottore per quanto riguarda il suo personale, in particolare la signora bionda sulla 50ina che lavora presso la farmacia, ed oggi si é verificato un altro episodio al telefono (non so se la signora fosse la stessa dell’altra volta, ma era una donna). Mi sono stati negati dei servizi diverse volte, con la scusa che fossero in chiusura, addirittura quest’ultima volta 42 minuti prima della chiusura. La signora in questione non è la prima volta che si presenta in modo indisponente ed arrogante, (altri episodi incresciosi si sono verificati anche con altri componenti della mia famiglia) per cui spero che questo monito serva al proprietario poiché purtroppo é lui che perde clienti a causa della scarsa professionalità dei suoi dipendenti. Ovviamente tutto ciò non accade mai quando il dottore é presente in sede.
I would like to make a report to the doctor regarding his staff, in particular the blonde lady in her 50s who works at the pharmacy, and today another incident occurred on the phone (I don't know if the lady was the same as last time, but it was a woman). I have been denied services several times, with the excuse that they were closing, even this last time 42 minutes before closing. The lady in question is not the first time that she presents herself in an irritating and arrogant way, (other unfortunate episodes have also occurred with other members of my family) so I hope this warning will serve the owner since unfortunately it is he who loses customers to due to the lack of professionalism of its employees. Obviously this never happens when the doctor is present in the office.

E' una Farmacia molto ben fornita, ma ciò che merita 5 stelle è soprattutto il personale: cortese, competente e molto disponibile, pronto a dare consigli utili e molto pazienti anche con le persone che hanno bisogno di maggiori attenzioni. Non c'è molto da attendere perché il personale è molto veloce nel gestire le varie esigenze dei clienti. Il Dott. Rocco Cianci è molto cordiale e premuroso con tutti. Complimenti!
I tend to almost always review restaurants but this pharmacy deserves a special mention.
It is a very well-stocked pharmacy, but what deserves 5 stars is above all the staff: courteous, competent and very helpful, ready to give useful advice and very patient even with people who need more attention. There is not long to wait as the staff is very quick to handle the various customer needs. Dr. Rocco Cianci is very friendly and kind to everyone. Congratulations!
