F	Fab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrato in farmacia ho chiesto al titolare, o presunto tale, di indossare la mascherina, visto che non la indossava. Dopo averla messa, quello ha tenuto un atteggiamento aggressivo nei miei confronti, ed è andato su tutte le furie quando gli ho detto che avrebbe fatto meglio a smetterla, altrimenti avrei chiamato la polizia. A quel punto mi ha dapprima intimato di chiamare la polizia, poi di regolare la questione all'esterno della farmacia, anche perché in quel momento non c'era nessuno (erano circa le otto di una domenica sera). Dopo un'accesa discussione ho preferito andarmene senza chiamare le forze dell'ordine, ma è chiaro che si tratta di un soggetto mentalmente instabile. Quello che è avvenuto è un episodio molto grave, e che poteva finire anche peggio se non avessi avuto il buon senso di lasciar perdere. Lascio a chiunque legga questa recensione di trarre le proprie conclusioni. When I entered the pharmacy, I asked the owner, or presumed one, to wear the mask, since he wasn't wearing it. After I put it on, he kept an aggressive attitude towards me, and he went on a rampage when I told him he had better stop, otherwise I would have called the police. At that point he first ordered me to call the police, then to settle the matter outside the pharmacy, also because at that moment there was no one (it was about eight o'clock on a Sunday evening). After a heated discussion I preferred to leave without calling the police, but it is clear that this is a mentally unstable subject. What happened was a very serious episode, and it could have ended even worse if I hadn't had the good sense to let it go. I leave it to anyone reading this review to draw their own conclusions.
A	ANDREA RAIMONDI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approfittatori, ho comperato dei test COVID risultati poi essere i piu' cari di Fabriano, circa 4/5 Euro in piu' rispetto alle altre farmacie, non mi hanno neanche proposto di fare il test li in farmacia per poter ottenere il green pass cosi come fanno nelle altre farmacie serie. Due giorni dopo che ho comperato io i test, e' entrata mia moglie nella stessa farmacia per prendere una medicina necessaria a mia figlia di 8 anni che soffre di utite. Ha mostrato la scatola del prodotto che usiamo abitualmente chiedendo di avere lo stessa medicina, la commessa ha tirato fuori una medicina con scatola diversa e rivolgendosi al titolare ha chiesto se fosse la stessa cosa, il titolare ha confermato "si e' lo stesso". Rientrati a casa abbiamo letto le iscrizioni all'interno della scatola scoprendo che si trattava di un'altro prodotto. 2 giorni dopo siamo tornati alla farmacia chiedendo di sostituirci la medicina che ci avevano appioppato presentando anche lo scontrino fiscale, con stupore da parte nostra ci siamo sentiti negare il cambio. Non e' per i soldi quanto per il completamento, questi signori vendono medicina non noccioline, forse dovrebbero prestare molta piu' attenzione. Two days after I bought the tests, my wife walked into the same pharmacy to get some medicine needed by my 8-year-old daughter who suffers from utitis. She showed the box of the product we usually use asking to have the same medicine, the saleswoman took out a medicine with a different box and turning to the owner asked if it was the same thing, the owner confirmed "yes it is the same". Back home we read the inscriptions inside the box and discovered that it was another product. 2 days later we returned to the pharmacy asking to replace the medicine that they had given us also presenting the receipt, to our amazement we felt denied the change. It's not for the money but for the completion, these gentlemen are selling medicine not peanuts, maybe they should pay a lot more attention.
