★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rifiutano di fare un tampone quando ho chiesto di mettermi in fila in caso qualcuno non si presentasse all'appuntamento. Erano le 2 di pomeriggio e la farmacia era completamente vuota. Scarsa umanità!
They refuse to swab when I asked to stand in line in case someone does not show up for the appointment. It was 2pm and the pharmacy was completely empty. Little humanity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che per il periodo così particolare che stiamo vivendo e sono certa che anche loro siano molto sotto pressione, non sono adeguatamente organizzati e molto distratti.
Non credo che ci ritornerò più!
Ho visto che a Campo Sacro stanno rinnovando la farmacia. Speriamo che riaprono presto!
I believe that for the very particular period we are experiencing and I am sure that they too are under a lot of pressure, they are not properly organized and very distracted.
I don't think I'll be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato nostro figlio ad effettuare un tampone che avevamo prenotato regolarmente online. Il farmacista ha infilato il tampone nel naso di scatto in maniera estremamente irruenta ed invasiva. Un adulto si sarebbe quantomeno lamentato, nostro figlio si è messo a piangere e si è spaventato, al che il farmacista si è rifiutato di proseguire e ci ha fatto uscire dopo aver incassato i soldi per il servizio. Tengo a sottolineare che nostro figlio ha fatto più di 10 tamponi in diverse farmacie ed ospedali e non si è mai messo a piangere né opposto, anche quando il tampone entra nel setto nasale per diversi centimetri. Chiaramente anche noi genitori ne abbiamo fatti molti e non abbiamo mai visto una così scarsa professionalità unita a tanta sgarbataggine. Siamo andati in un´altra farmacia: il tampone è stato eseguito senza alcun problema.
We took our son to take a swab which we had regularly booked online. The pharmacist snapped the swab into his nose in an extremely violent and invasive way. An adult would have complained at the very least, our son started to cry and got scared, whereupon the pharmacist refused to continue and let us out after collecting the money for the service. I want to underline that our son has done more than 10 swabs in different pharmacies and hospitals and he never started crying or opposing, even when the swab enters the nasal septum for several centimeters. Clearly, we parents have made a lot of them too and we have never seen such lack of professionalism combined with such rudeness. We went to another pharmacy: the swab was performed without any problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Pharmacy!!! Extremely kind staff, supporting and helpful! Amazing service for Rapid Covid tests, which included the Green pass I needed for travelling. I had an urgency and they were more than happy to help and support me with an appropriate solution and extra care! I would totally recommend this pharmacy. Besides, they also speak English, which was very helpful and appreciated. I will totally visit it again. Thanks to all the staff.
